Every player on your roster is checked against every open need on six auditable dimensions — positional fit, form, physical profile, contract situation, transfer feasibility, and club fit. This runs deterministically: no model guesswork, nothing that can't be explained line by line.
A striker never shows up as a fit for a right-back opening, whatever the rest of his profile looks like. The wrong position is excluded outright rather than scored down.
Every number the engine produces can be opened and questioned. There is no hidden weighting a director can catch you unable to explain.
The engine answers what it can check — money, timing, position. Whether a player is actually good, whether he'll grow into a role — that's outside what a formula can honestly answer, and it's where Goaly starts.
