These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of GOAL-LINK (the “Service”), operated by GOAL LINK TECNOLOGIA LTDA, CNPJ 68.642.191/0001-29, registered at São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil (“GOAL-LINK”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and the football agency or organisation you represent.
GOAL-LINK detects club recruitment needs from public news and social sources and ranks player–need fit for football agencies using a purely algorithmic engine, scoring the economic feasibility of a signing. Scores and recommendations are decision support, not guarantees — transfer decisions and their outcomes remain yours. Features, plans and pricing are described on our Pricing page and may change as described in Section 12.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your agency to these Terms. You are responsible for all activity under your agency's account and for keeping credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at enricoymiranda@gmail.com of any unauthorised use.
New accounts start on the Free plan (R$0 per month), which requires no credit card and does not expire — see our Pricing page for full plan details and feature limits. If you choose to subscribe to a paid plan (Solo, Pro, Elite or Enterprise, including any seat or Goaly AI add-ons), your agency's first subscription to that plan includes a 14-day free trial with no charge; after the trial ends — or immediately if your agency has subscribed to that plan before — the plan is billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel a paid plan or downgrade to the Free plan at any time from your Billing page; cancellation stops future billing but takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep paid access until then.
Refunds: we do not provide refunds or credits for partial or unused billing periods. Price changes will be communicated in advance as described in Section 12 before they apply to your next billing cycle.
Rosters, notes, gradings and other content your agency enters or imports (“Your Data”) remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to host, process and display Your Data solely to operate and improve the Service. One agency's Your Data is never visible to another agency. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy, including your right to request deletion of Your Data at any time.
You will not: scrape or reverse-engineer the Service; resell, sublicense or redistribute its output as a competing product; use it to breach any third party's rights or applicable data protection law; or attempt to circumvent its security or usage limits.
GOAL-LINK is scouting and matching software. It is not a licensed football agent or intermediary, is not a party to any transfer, loan, or representation agreement, and does not perform “other services” under the FIFA Football Agent Regulations (FFAR) or any national association's agent regulations. If you are a FIFA- or FA-licensed agent, you remain solely responsible for your own agent licensing, service-fee cap compliance, multiple-representation rules, and reporting obligations (including via the FIFA Agent Platform). Use of the Service does not satisfy or substitute for any of those obligations.
The Service, its scoring engine, and all underlying software, design and content (excluding Your Data) are owned by GOAL-LINK or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers that ownership to you; you receive only the licence to use the Service as intended.
The Service relies on sub-processors to operate, including Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI processing of qualitative text), and Stripe (payments). Match scores themselves are computed algorithmically on our servers, without any AI involvement in the scoring path.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Detected needs and match scores are decision support derived from public sources and an algorithmic model; we do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
You will indemnify and hold GOAL-LINK harmless against third-party claims arising from Your Data or from your breach of these Terms. We will indemnify and hold you harmless against third-party claims that the Service, as provided by us and used in accordance with these Terms, infringes that third party's intellectual property rights. Each party's indemnification obligation under this Section is capped at the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, consistent with the liability cap in Section 9.
These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms, without advance notice where the breach poses a security, legal or abuse risk, and otherwise with notice where reasonably practicable. You may terminate for convenience at any time by cancelling from your Billing page, per Section 4 — no separate notice period applies. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, liability, governing law) continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email, and changes take effect as soon as they are posted. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively by the courts of the Judicial District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo; no arbitration or class-action waiver applies.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and GOAL-LINK regarding the Service. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
